起動機作為柴油發(fā)電機組最重要的零部件之一，在使用的時候，要注意一下幾點：

 1、當已經(jīng)做好準備工作后，掀下啟動按鈕，柴油機齒輪即與飛輪齒圈嚙合，并開始運轉。正常情況下一次即能啟動，如一次啟動不成功，必須待起動機電樞完全靜止后方可進行下一次起動。否則起動機齒輪將與柴油機齒圈發(fā)生劇烈撞擊而損壞。

2、每次起動時間不超過5秒，二次起動之間的間隔應大于2分鐘。

3、當連續(xù)幾次不能起動時，應對起動機、柴油機、蓄電池和連線等進行檢查，排除故障后再起動。

4、柴油機一旦起動，應立即松開起動按鈕，使起動機齒輪自嚙合位置退回原位而停止工作，以免超速而損壞起動機。

As one of the most important components of a diesel generator set, the starter motor should pay attention to the following points when in use:

1. After the preparation work is done, lift the start button, and the diesel engine gears will mesh with the flywheel ring gear and start running. Under normal circumstances, it can be started in one go. If the first start is unsuccessful, the starter armature must be completely stationary before proceeding to the next start. Otherwise, the starter gear will be severely impacted with the diesel engine ring gear and damaged.

2. The starting time should not exceed 5 seconds each time, and the interval between two starts should be greater than 2 minutes.

3. When the engine fails to start several times in a row, the starter, diesel engine, battery, and wiring should be checked, and the fault should be eliminated before starting again.

4. Once the diesel engine is started, the start button should be immediately released to allow the starter gear to return to its original position and stop working, in order to prevent damage to the starter due to overspeed.
