冬天氣溫低，柴油發(fā)電機(jī)氣缸蓋易爆缸。主要緣由以下幾點：

1、起動后才加冷卻水。柴油機(jī)起動后，柴油發(fā)電機(jī)內(nèi)溫度當(dāng)即升高，假若這時參加冷卻水，氣缸體與汽缸蓋急劇冷卻，就會因冷縮而裂縫。

2、停機(jī)后，沒有放冷卻水。機(jī)內(nèi)水凍結(jié)成冰，體積增大，發(fā)作汽缸體和汽缸蓋脹裂。

3、發(fā)電機(jī)組作業(yè)時，冷卻水短少或水箱開鍋機(jī)溫過高，俄然參加冷卻水。汽缸體和汽缸蓋過冷縮短也會導(dǎo)致開裂。

4、柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組長時間作業(yè)，機(jī)內(nèi)溫度高，停機(jī)后當(dāng)即放掉高溫水。會導(dǎo)致高溫零件驟遇冷空氣而開裂。

5、運(yùn)用減壓機(jī)停機(jī)，使高溫的氣缸蓋俄然遇到酷寒空氣而導(dǎo)致開裂。

汽缸開裂的原因：

1、起動柴油機(jī)前，應(yīng)先給水箱參加溫?zé)崴瑖?yán)冬天節(jié)要灌注熱水2~3次，待放水閥中流出的水約30~50℃時起動為佳。

2、柴油機(jī)作業(yè)時辰較長時，停機(jī)后應(yīng)等候半個小時左右，機(jī)溫下降到40~50℃時再放冷卻水。放完水后最好用細(xì)鐵絲捅通放水閥開關(guān)，避免沉淀物阻塞放水閥。

3、康明斯柴油發(fā)電機(jī)作業(yè)過熱嚴(yán)厲缺水時，應(yīng)讓柴油機(jī)低速空轉(zhuǎn)10~15分鐘，然后再逐步參加冷卻水。

5. Using a pressure reducer to shut down the engine caused the high-temperature cylinder head to suddenly crack due to exposure to cold air.

Reasons for cylinder cracking:

1. Before starting the diesel engine, the water tank should be filled with warm water. In severe winter weather, hot water should be poured 2-3 times. It is best to start when the water flowing out of the drain valve is about 30-50 ℃.

2. When the diesel engine operates for a long time, wait for about half an hour after shutdown, and then release the cooling water when the engine temperature drops to 40-50 ℃. After draining, it is best to poke the drain valve switch with a thin wire to avoid sediment blocking the drain valve.
